TheFlyer.com: Key Management Changes
Jennifer Ingram has resigned from her position as Statewide Regional Sales Manager for Inside Sales for TheFlyer.com to pursue career interests outside of Harte-Hanks Shoppers.

She started her career in 1980 as a private party rep for the Polk Shopper in Lakeland. In 1984 she was hired by The Flyer, and within months moved up the ranks into management.

Ingram and her team have always excelled in network sales for the Community Papers of Florida (CPF). In 2011, CPF honored her with the annual Terry Hisken Telemarketing Excellence Award.

Harte-Hanks President for the Florida operation, Carlos Guzman, said, "I want to thank Jennifer for her valued 27 years of service to the company, and in particular over the last seven years since we started working together again."

Brenda Campbell has returned to Harte-Hanks to replace Ingram as the Statewide Florida RSM for Inside Sales. She previously led The Flyer Pinellas/Pasco/Hernando call center teams for a period of 10 years and was part of The Flyer's expansions, staffing and growth during that period. She also worked with Loren Dalton of Harte-Hanks in the Web unit as the Florida Product Manager.

Since 2010, Campbell has been the manager of a sales team for a publishers rep firm that sold ads into magazines and into USA Today.

In making the announcement, Guzman said, "I am excited to welcome Brenda back to our team. She is one of the most savvy and knowledgeable Web product sales leaders in the industry, and will have an immediate positive impact on our team."

To assist in the leadership transition, Luis Gonzalez will step up to take on leadership roles with the South Florida team and will be a Team Leader in addition to continuing his own territory sales responsibilities. He has been a successful inside sales rep and regional sales manager with The Flyer for many years.

The announcements made by Guzman were effective immediately.
