2011 "Best of the Best" Contest Q1 Winners Announced
The Community Papers of Florida (CPF) classified network sales telemarketers hauled in some serious cash during the first quarter of "The Best of the Best" contest.

Leading the way was Tower Publications, where Ann Waite posted the highest point total to win $1,000. During the drawing she picked up another $700, which added to the total of the department's manager, Charlie Delatorre. Pam Slaven finished third in the standings and won $400. When that amount was added to Delatorre's other winnings, he ended up taking home a total of $2,100.

Anna Vasquez of Hometown News earned $700 for finishing second in the points competition. Other Hometown winners were Helen Donaldson, who earned $250 in the drawing, and Eileen Huneycutt, who earned $150 in the drawing. This added up to $1,100 for their leader, Pat Snyder.

The drawing also turned out well for TheFlyer.com in Tampa. Astrid Massey won the top prize of $1,000 in the drawing. Rene Dunn, who won $150 in the points contest, added $400 from the drawing. The total added up to $1,550 for their leader, Jennifer Ingram.

Nancy Pittman of The Pennysavers in Daytona took fourth place in the points contest and earned $250. Her manager, Mary Morrissey, earned an equal amount.

We're in the second quarter of the contest now, but there's still time to sell a network classified ad and win big money!
